  • The call for applications for ECYP2023 has been launched. The deadline is February 2nd, 2023. Young people aged 16-30 from all EU Member States are invited to submit projects run by and for youth showing active participation in the development of Europe.   • Students interested in debates on the European Union, who wish to present and argue their own vision regarding the European integration process or to propose a project of tomorrow’s Europe, are invited to participate in the “About Europe” student competition. The deadline is May 3rd, 2022. You may find more information about the competition and participation conditions here.
  • The website of the Forum of Universities for the Future of Europe is now open (go to the webpage). There, you can find valuable information regarding research and education opportunities as well as the programme and the registration link necessary to follow the plenary sessions, keynotes, round tables, and workshops organised by the forum.
  • The European Commission has launched its new call for Blue Book traineeships. Twice a year, the Commission offers about 1800 5-month paid traineeships for EU citizens. Two kinds of traineeships are available: an Administrative Traineeship or a Translation Traineeship with the Directorate-General for Translation (DGT). The deadline for applications is August 31st, 2022. For more information about the traineeship and the application procedure, please see the website.
  • The European Parliament launched the call for the  European Charlemagne Youth Prize. Young people aged 16-30 from all EU Member States are invited to submit projects run by and for youth showing active participation in the development of Europe. The three winning projects will be selected; the first prize is €7,500, the second prize €5,000, and the third prize €2,500. The deadline for applications is 22 February 2021.   • The application for Schuman Traineeships in the European Parliament, March-July 2021, is open. All university graduates aged 18 or over are welcome to apply. The goal of the Schuman traineeships is to contribute to EU citizens’ European education and vocational training and to provide insights into the work of the European Parliament. Applications should be submitted before November 30, 2020. See more on the application procedure here.
  • College of Europe ( www.coleurope.eu/eis & www.coleuropenatolin.eu) is presenting its academic offer to Master’s students from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi who study disciplines such as international relations, political science, European affairs, European Law, economics or history. The presentation is scheduled to be held on the 7th of December 2020, from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., on Zoom. To attend please follow this link
